Will you clean up after the job?

Yes. We remove tree branches and debris as agreed.

Due to nature of tree work, small amounts of wood chips or twigs may remain.

Are you fully insured?

Yes! We are fully insured.

We prioritize safety on every job and our team follow safety procedures.

How should I prepare before tree work?

Move vehicles away from driveway and the front of your property. Clear access for yard access. Keep yourself and pets in safety areas.

Can I approach the crew during work?

Please do not approach tree climber at any times during the work.

If necessary, look for a ground crew for assistance.

What if my property is damaged?

We take precaution to protect your property. In the unlikely event that accidents occur, we will be responsible for the damage.

What payment method do you accept?

Cash & E-transfer.

Credit Card (You will receive a secure online payment link).

When is payment due?

Payment is due upon completion of work.

Our team lead will confirm receipt of payment before leaving the property.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. An electronic invoice will be provided and sent to your email address.
